The Site
Calendar, by indicating which dates the site is open, is used primarily to
prevent incorrect service data from being entered into the system; dates not
marked as “open” will not allow participation to be recorded for them.
To edit a Site Calendar, you first want to make
sure you switch your access to the appropriate site. Read this article to learn
how to switch access.
Click"Settings" in your
lefthand navigation menu.
Click
on "Site Calendar"in
the Settings menu.
Select the site from the drop-down menu.
The "Select Days"
drop-down menu allows you to use the checkboxes to select days throughout the Reporting
Term when the site will be open or closed.
Checked indicates the site is open. Unchecked
indicates the site is closed.
After indicating which days of the week, the site is typically
open, you can fine-tune the dates, for example removing individual dates for
holidays when the site will be closed.
On the calendar, you can click single days to select or
unselect them.
A date highlighted in blue indicates an open date. An
unhighlighted indicates the site is closed.
Any orange date is a locked date, indicating
that participation has been recorded already for this date. This date’s
open/closed status cannot be adjusted.
Underneath
the calendar is a summary of the locked and editable dates as well as the dates
for the Reporting Term for reference.
