If your district uses Single Sign-On, this option is unavailable because user credentials are managed through your SSO system.

Click the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

In the Settings menu, click Users.

Depending on your system options and your permissions level, some items in the Settings menu may not be available for all users.

The list of users will appear. Users' names, emails, and Last sign-in dates are visible.

Locate the user who needs their password reset by scrolling through the list or using the Search field.

Click the key icon to the right of the user's information.

Clicking the key icon triggers a message window, as shown below. Clicking Reset Password will send an email to the user with a reset link, or they will be prompted to reset their password the next time they attempt to sign in to the system.

SSO users do not have a key icon next to their name because their credentials are managed through the Single Sign-On management system.
