If your organization uses a Single Sign-On system to access our software, resetting a user's password through the system is not permissible because user passwords are only managed through the Single Sign-On system.

Click the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

In the Settings menu, click Users.

Depending on your system options and your permissions level, some items in the Settings menu may not be available for all users.

The list of users will appear. Users' names, emails, and the date of Last sign in are visible.

Locate the user who needs their password reset by scrolling through the list or using the Search field.

Click the key icon to the right of the user's information.

Clicking the key icon triggers a message window, as shown below. Clicking Reset Password will send an email to the user with a password reset link, or they will be prompted to reset their password the next time they attempt to sign in to the system.

Users whose credentials are managed through a Single Sign-On (SSO) management system do not have a key icon next to their name.
