Open the People Tab in your lefthand navigation menu.
Select Registration Management.
The table shows all registration requests submitted by social workers or parents in your district using the registration form. If you have multiple registration forms available, the applications are grouped by form type.
Click the Eye icon under the actions column to see the students with requests and process their applications.
Click the pencil icon next to the application you want to process.
Scroll through the student information to determine if the request should be accepted, denied or waitlisted.
When denying or waitlisting a request, you will need to provide a reason.
Select the preferred status for the application, fill in any notes if necessary, then click Continue.
Review the pages of the particpant's information. If this is potentially a duplicate participant, the system will notify you. You will have to option to add registration for an existing participant or create a new one.
Continue through all steps of the Add Participant form, ensuring the information is accurate. Then, click Save & Approve Application.
You will receive a confirmation message that the participant was created and the application approved.
