The help center search offers two unique way to find resources.
Keyword Search

Ask a Question
If you type a question into the search box, the system can return both traditional search results and Quick Answers:
Tessa - TransAct's 24/7 Support Agent
Tessa is a 24/7, AI-powered chat that can quickly and easily answer questions and connect you with the resources you need. Tessa can be accessed using the chat button in the lower-right corner of the screen.
You can ask Tessa questions just like you would one of our product experts. If she is unable to answer your question, Tessa will provide your information to a member of our team who will be in contact to help as soon as possible.
What to know about Tessa
- Tessa is trained on our proprietary product documentation and can answer many basic questions and how-to's.
- Tessa is constantly retrained on customer interactions and is continually improving.
- If Tessa cannot answer your question, it will only ask for clarification one time before offering to submit a support request to our team on your behalf.
- For best results, phrase your request in the form of a question and be as concise and specific as possible.
Support Request Portal
With the all-new support request portal you can view all of your open and solved support requests in one convenient location.
Note: You need to create a help center account to use the support request portal. Our system links your requests to your help center account by email address. For best results, use the same email address you use to submit requests when creating your help center account.
Creating a help center account
- Click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner of the help center home page:
- On the sign in page, click Sign in in the bottom left corner:
- Fill in the requested information to create your account.
Accessing your requests
After you are signed in, you can view your submitted requests by click on your name in the upper-right corner of the help center home page and select Requests.
