Click on Reports in the left-hand navigation menu.
Locate the report in the Favorite Reports section or by clicking a folder in the All Reportsarea - the reports in that folder will appear below the folder. Click on the report name to generate the report.
When the report opens, if it contains a lot of data, arrows below the report name will appear; clicking them allow you to navigate between different pages of data as needed.
The grey-colored report name header has several icons to the right. Each icon has a different function.
Hovering your mouse over an icon will display its function.
Theⓘiconwill present basic information about the report.
The funnel icon allows you to filter the report in various ways, depending on the report. One filter option available for most reports is the date range. After selecting your filter(s), click Apply,and the report data will refresh.
The down arrow iconallows you to download the report to your computer in DOCX (Microsoft Word), PDF, or XLSX (Microsoft Excel) format. To print a report, it must first be downloaded and then sent to the printer from your computer. Additional editing of the report's layout/formatting and/or filtering of its data can occur in the downloaded DOCX and XLSX files before printing.
